BREAKWATER welcome all occupants to pick up their keys anytime after 3:00pm.
Deposit and First Payment must be paid in full prior to key pick up. This can be done through your online portal.
You will receive a unit key and a code that will give you access to the gym and the laundry room.
The gym is located on the pool side of building 1 next to unit 18.
The laundry room is located on the pool side of building 1 next to unit 24.
You can pay going forward through this portal, as well as submit any service tickets.
You will received an email with your personal credential for the Wifi. The Wifi is high speed & secure.
Smoking is not permitted in the units. Please move no less than 20 feet away from the building to smoke.
Please be sure to clean up after your pets.
When using the picnic pavilion and grills, please take any debris, especially food items with you when you leave.
Your garbage can be placed in the dumpster located on the street side of building 1, opposite the property entrance.
