DHB Pet Policy
BREAKWATER welcomes cats and dogs in as many units as possible to accommodate our residents' furry friends.
BREAKWATER reserves the right to allow or deny any type of pet in a particular unit. You must fill out a pet application for each pet.
There is a maximum of 1 pet in any given unit. Maximum weight for dogs is 35lbs, full grown weight. *Breed and weight restrictions apply.
In cases where pets are permitted, additional fees apply:
PET DEPOSIT:
$250/pet
These deposits are NON-refundable.
PET FEE:
$35/pet/month
The pet fee is NON refundable.
Other small animals may be permitted. Please call the office to inquire.
The specifics of the pets and the accompanying fees will be detailed in your contract.

*Updated Vet Paperwork required
*Mandatory Meet and Greet for Dogs
*No Aggressive Breeds permitted.
Other small animals may be permitted. The fees for these pets are the same.
